葛宝明，男，汉族，1981年11月生，安徽绩溪人，博士，教授。盐城师范学院湿地学院、江苏省盐土生物资源研究重点实验室、海洋与生物工程学院教师，南京师范大学、南京工业大学兼职硕士生导师，江苏省青蓝工程优秀青年骨干教师，江苏省野生动植物保护专家库成员，盐城市重大决策社会稳定风险评估专家库成员。

五、主要研究方向
动物群落生态学（生物多样性、结构与功能）、湿地生态学、土壤生态学、无脊椎动物学。主要从事围垦后滩涂土壤生态系统演变，土壤动物群落动态与食物网关系、生物多样性稳定与维持机制，海岸带地区互花米草入侵后大型底栖动物群落动态、种群分布与变化的生态响应等研究工作。
