刘秋宁,男,汉族,1985年8月生,江苏淮安人,博士,教授,盐城师范学院湿地学院教师,南京工业大学兼职硕士生导师,江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才、江苏高校“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师、盐城市优秀科技工作者、盐城师范学院青年拔尖人才。
