刘伯斌，男，汉族，1983年12月生，湖南长沙人，理学博士，讲师。2021年就职于盐城师范学院湿地学院。从事植物发育生物学和植物基因工程研究，承当《树木生理学》、《树木发育生物学》和《遗传学》等课程。主持国家自然基金项目2项和中央财政林业科技推广示范项目1项。在《Journal of Experiment Botany》、《Plant Molecular Biology》和《BMC genomics》等国内外杂志发表论文十余篇。
